I do a card swap with a friend each week.  We are use the same sketch but do our own thing.  We have been doing this for over a year now.  It's really fun to see how we each interpret the sketch.  Sometime our card are very much alike but other times they are really different.  We do not have a theme and can do whatever we like.  I really enjoy getting her cards each week.  It bets only getting bills!

You really can't tell but the "O" in Joy is a 3D ornament.

I think I'm back

I know I've been gone for a long time but I think I'm back.  I'm going to try and keep this blog going.  I will try, key word try, to post what I'm doing.

We have been building a house at my ranch in South Texas for the last 4 years.  I seems like when we first started all it did was rain, so the progress has been very slow.  The house is almost finished.  All that's left is the trim in the upstairs.  I try to spend as much time as I can there as often as I can.
